Description:
Providing the educational and back-up information needed by the individual, so that he may see himself as uniquely responsible by participating in legislation. The effect is the actualization of a global corporateness legislated at a grassroots level.
Context:
An integral part of re-aligning grassroots pressure by enabling the individual to be a powerful and effective participant in the political process.
Implementation:
Tactics include: primal orienting to release family members by providing means for ordering the internal life on the basis of responsible mission to the community polity; legislative participation to instruct in rational methods for creating inclusive expertise in engaging in government and making laws; global grounding to enable an 'on behalf of' stance by the corporate constituency; corporate education to utilize educational structures to meet the individual's needs for strong political thinking; and group selfhood to weld individuals into a responsible and knowledgeable political thrust.

UNESCO's programme includes the following: developing education and training activities to foster the respect of human rights and to promote a culture of democracy.
