The Vastmanland Energy Association (VEA) in Sweden organizes courses that teach people how to build an efficient solar energy system. Courses are run by the Swedish Adult Education Authority (SVS), and VEA finds the participants, and leads the courses. Usually, about 10 people return home after each course to build solar collectors for their own homes, often in cooperation.
