Economic bias of worker benefits
Claim: Both labour and management stress the necessity of economic benefits for employees to such a degree that needs for other benefits may be overlooked. Employment levels suffer from the high cost of maintaining employees, but at the same time, employee well-being suffers for lack of attention to human needs beyond the pay cheque.
