Utilizing the specialized skills and expertise of volunteers in an appropriate and effective manner.

Implementation

Enlist an adequate number of committed, knowledgeable and able volunteers from different sectors of society. Appraise their skills and develop effective mechanisms of communication with them. Provide such volunteers with training in relevant leadership skills where appropriate. Provide comprehensive orientation for volunteers and staff through information and training on the respective responsibilities and obligations of both groups regarding good governance and management.
