Inappropriate assumption of reality articulation through language
Other Names: Logocentrism
Nature: The belief, demonstrated as faulty by deconstructionism, that truth, meaning and reality are actually knowable and thus representable through language. This is associated with the belief that those with a sophisticated language ability are in in some way naturally superior to those without this skill and who may thus be treated with contempt.
Problem Type: F: Fuzzy exceptional problems
