Boredom of youth
Incidence:
Young people in many places complain of boredom, of having too few possibilities for affordable entertainment. They are often without work, sometimes because of their youth. Organized activities often fail to attract youth because the organizers do not have enough credibility with the youth. Left to their own devices, many bored youth turn to vandalism or crime for excitement.
