Description

The art of conceiving, implementing and sustaining conditions of both the inner and the external environment under which system objectives can be achieved in a synergistic manner. In this context a human system is conceived as a formally or informally organized complex of purposeful entities which are interrelated for the purpose of attaining its internally incorporated as well as environmentally imposed objectives. Purposeful entities are understood to include both people and human contrivances (machines, systems, etc).
