Tactics include: neighbourhood settings to create a common image of the community through decor; heritage pageantry to honour the community's journey through such events as parades, plays, and pageants; local projections to allow members of the community to participate in planning their future; servanthood mythology to publicize community stories emphasizing its role as a servant of society; and leadership identity to locate community leaders, create an awareness of style, and permeate community structures with these leaders.
