Modelling creativity is especially needed when working with children. You have to show that you are someone who is willing to adopt an innovation. If they hear you say "Do something creative" and then see you eating the same breakfast every morning for 20 years, they might get the idea that this is another instance of "Do as I say not as I do. A second aspect of this is to model the adoption of behaviours. This is to be willing to try something which someone else suggested as a new idea.
