Demonstrating role accountability

Description:
Enabling every individual to carry out his assignments. The effect is stressing the importance of everyone's work.
Context:
An integral part of embodying vocational assignments, to allow the individual to be conscious of his work as a dynamic and covenanted assignment to the community.
Implementation:
Tactics include: intentional assignment to describe the method by which people are assigned to jobs which are significant and for which they can be held accountable; role training to be a dynamic of teaching various roles to employees and the general public; dramatized accountability to be the experience of symbolically accounting for one's work covenant; function definition to hold not only operating directions but also contexts on style performance; and inclusive accounting intended to be the stance by which all related covenants are embodied. An example is a researcher asking each participant what his signal event for the week was.
