Problem

Unnatural urban environments inhibiting sleeping in public

Nature:

In caring societies, it is accepted that people sometimes want to sleep in public, for a variety of reasons. They may simply be tired, or they may have nowhere else to go. In modern societies, however, such behaviour is often not tolerated, as being 'against public order or decency'. There is a tendency for modern cities to have few public benches, or comfortable places or corners, where people can sit or rest in comfort.
