Games

Description:
Games are commonly accepted as not only a means of socializing but also of learning useful skills and of inculcating desirable roles. Three types of games are identified - competitive (leading to a sense of personal merit), chance (giving the impression of being favoured or otherwise by fate), and strategy (political integration). The less complicated activity of playing is also useful in taking on the role of another and thus experiencing the related perceptions; in addition it may release from habitual inhibitions.
