Universalizing employment availability

Description

Promoting programmes to develop interchangeable skills, to collect information on jobs availability world-wide, and to survey the market for needed skills. The effect is to enable the individual to experience the global mindset through travel to various countries where his skills are needed.

Context

An integral part of releasing human ingenuity to fulfil global needs and demands while allowing the individual to develop his own potential.

Implementation

Tactics include: informative data to store data which shows where employment surpluses and deficiencies exist; industrial ideas to exchange ideas which creates an understanding of skills needed; labour markets to create equal distribution of skilled labour; global standards to formulate international standards that indicate where revisions are needed; and accountability structures to hold both labour and management responsible for operating out of global availability of employment. An example is research in acupuncture being done in the USA in conjunction with Chinese medical teams.
