Expanding the organizational base by means of increasing membership.

The Executive Committee of the International Council of Voluntary Agencies (ICVA) has adopted a membership recruitment strategy that identifies key prospective NGO networks and major NGOs (including any who have resigned) for membership, to make ICVA more representative and effective in a global context.
