Initiating citizen franchise

Starting the process needed for individuals to obtain membership in the given community, thus allowing the possibility of full participation. The effect is to inspire the disenfranchised with the possibility of their political power.

An integral part of upholding just participation through popular creation of free assemblies disseminating information on human rights and initiating universal citizen's franchise.

Tactics include: decisional covenant to enable the first steps toward full citizenhood in the particular community; methodologies to give the basic understanding which will enable initial participation in the decision-making process; experimental involvement to give basic practice in order to instil confidence to fully participate in decision-making; grounding documents to enable initial citizen participation within the relevant historical context; and symbolizing the journey to full citizenship in order to reinforce the initial covenant.
