Upholding just participation

Advocating popular consent to create a self-conscious global covenanted community with free assembly to disseminate rights information and initiate citizen's franchise for every man. This will be done in order to enable the voice of every man to be present in the final articulation of community/global decisions.

Tactics include: dissenting rights expression, initiating citizens franchise, engaging global-local citizenship, sustaining community citizenship and ordering common citizenship.
