Creating a global context for local social engagement in which each individual may act out his ethical decisions in a covenanted primal unit, with ethical relations and human sociality, for the renewal of economic and polity structures, and cultural well-being. This will broaden the context of decision-making from immediate self-interest to the long-term interest of all.

Tactics include: revitalizing covenantal relations, creating impacting curriculum, intentionalizing social participation, implementing training methodologies and permeating community structures.
