Implementation

The Non-Formal Education Programme of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, The Philippines is charged with encouraging non-formal, informal and indigenous learning systems with training in civic, vocational efficiency and other skills. It contains three programme packages: (a) functional literacy; (b) livelihood skills development; and (c) values development.
