Balancing utilization of production

Implanting new images of global production usage, creating and maintaining a global network, and coordinating and anticipating local needs and resources in order to control and regulate production allocation and development. This is in order to inform the local community of available resources and area distribution plans, thereby holding the community accountable to worldwide needs.
