Such methods include: voting qualification requirements; unequal distribution of legislative seats; unfair choice of political candidates; the banning of opposition parties or certain parties held to be subversive; unjust polling procedure; unjust electoral campaigns; and the influencing of voters, including intimidation, bribery and corruption.
