In the UK in 1992 it was reported that children from middle class homes were forming a new class of unruly school pupils. Some parents abdicate responsibility. Most troublemakers still come from insecure social backgrounds.
Claim
Children spoilt beyond redemption increasingly consider that they can do what they like in schools in the knowledge that they can rely on over-indulgent parents for unreserved support.
