Description
At this level of meditation the mind is able to return readily to its object through meditative stabilization, and any distraction or wavering of attention is momentary. The associated power in this state is mindfulness.
Context
This is the third of the nine states of mental abiding (navakara chittasthiti) in Gelugpa Tibetan Buddhism.
