Adapting urban building surfaces as bird habitats
Urban constructions, especially high rise buildings, are usually developed without thought to provision of features on which plants could grow and in which birds and insects could thrive. Such adaptations would in some measure compensate for the loss of natural environment and the destruction of habits.
