Nature:

Progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) is a brain disorder that affects control of walking, your balance.  It can lead to weakness in eye movements, difficulty swallowing, and can affect the othe rmuscles in the throat and mouth, ultimately affecting speech.  It can also lead to behavioral changes in personality and a higher likelihood of impulsive behavior. PSP can slow the thought process and contribute to dementia.
