Problem

Inadequate integration of ideology into society

Nature:
Ideological integration in its broadest sense may prove impossible since it is on the basis of ideology that society is run. Conflicting ideologies such as capitalism and communism may never be integrated into society in their purest sense and compromise may be a solution which neither camp would accept. The dichotomy leaves society open to conflict and possible disintegration. It may lead to repression and denial of democracy.
