Majority rule mindset

Nature:
Present democratic institutions operate out of the understanding that majority opinion is equal to justice for all. The mindset which allows control to those in power is blind to the creative innovation provided by the voices of dissent, which should serve as a basis for the ongoing, healthy change that marks a living and effective social unit.
