Nature:

Loss of habitat, especially woodlands and the incidence of airbourne pollution is a threat to Amanitaceae.

Background:

The Amanita Family Amanitaceae includes some of the prettiest as well as deadliest mushrooms. The family includes: Springtime Amanita Amanita velosa; Death Cap Amanita phalloides and Fly Agaric Amanita muscaria.
