A circulated, document either duplicated and distributed, or an original typescript or manuscript, which is prepared for a informal group, or a network, or for members of a organization or for a number of people who stend in any rleationship, for example, family, investors, patrons, supporters, etc. Its purpose is to be informative about matters if immediate concern to its readers, and therefore usually it reports on forces exerted on the readership and their interests, as well as on the force exerted by the group, such as progress on special initiatives, actions, studies, etc. Characteristically, maited newsletters are periodic publications, many of which are monthly, and they are limited in size, commonly between 2 and 8 pages. (1-4 sheets).
