Organization documents stating rules, procedures policies, general information for employees, etc may be bound together as an organization staff handbook. Separate volumes may be devoted to functional specializations such as personnel administration and labour relations, finance, inventory management, and public relations. Training manuals are a common form of such publications and are used extensively by the military and by the government services.
