Participants whose dominant abilities in a conference situation are "abstract conceptualization" and "reflective observation". In terms of these abilities, they represent the opposite pole from the accommodators.
[Advantages] Creating theoretical models, inductive reasoning, assimilating observations into integrated explanations. Useful in a research and development arena.
[Disadvantages] Less interested in people and the practical application theories. It is more important that the theory be logically sound and precise.
