An affinity-role played by one or more members of a small group or team. They are usually loyal, steady, and considered to be well balanced. Turns concepts and plans into practical working procedures and carries out plans systematically and efficiently.
[Advantages] They are a source of organizing ability, common sense and hardworking self-discipline. They recognize the relevance of proposals to the particular situation and can inject a pragmatic realism into the group process.
[Disadvantages] Can tend to be inflexible and unresponsive towards new and interesting ideas, and generally rather predictable and resistant to change.
