Participants whose dominant abilities in the conference situation are abstract conceptualization and active experimentation. In terms of those abilities, they are at the opposite pole to the divergers.
[Advantages] The practical application of ideas executed in a relatively objective un-emotional way.
[Disadvantages] Tend to prefer to deal with things rather than people. Narrow interests; tend to specialize.
