Sandoku

Description:
In a deluded and unenlightened state, the ordinary everyday state - [bonpu-no-joshiki] - of the ordinary person, the separate ego sets itself up in opposition to apparently external objects, thus resulting in a state characterized by one or more of the three poisons. These are: hatred or aggression, desire (including all attachments and covetousness) and stupidity (ignorance). Every experience is poisoned and the mind is stupefied so that ordinary persons are unaware that they are perfect, that that the buddha nature - [bussho] - and the self are identical.
