Multi-dimensional consciousness

Description:
By letting go of the idea of one's self as three- dimensional, gross matter, one achieves [insight] and [awareness] which has sometimes been referred to as holiness. This may be compared with the release of energy when an atom is smashed, although the analogy breaks down when one realizes that in this case one is both the atom and the smasher. There is therefore great resistance within one's self to this smashing process but, when it is achieved, the loss of misery due to the idea of ego-separateness inherent in the three-dimensional self opens the way for channelling boundless compassion to the world, energy which would otherwise have been distorted or diverted to self-centred pursuits.
