Tenth scriptural bodhisattva awareness
Description:
This state of awareness is characterized by all-encompassing wisdom and power, and represented as the tenth bodhisattva stage realizing in the fully developed dharma body - [dharmakaya] - of the Buddha in utter understanding and virtue. All the buddhas have confirmed his [buddhahood] and, in [tusita] heaven, seated on a lotus, he is surrounded by the bodhisattvas.Context:
According to Tibetan Gelugpa Buddhism, the tenth and final level on the path appropriate to those working for the salvation of all, leading to Buddhahood and the ultimate consciousness.
