Colour therapy

Description:
Universal interpretations of specific colours associated with the environment of primitive man (for example: yellow - sun - day - activity; dark blue - night - ceasing activity) determine that variations in colours can cause physiological responses. Since colour affects the physical and mental condition, it may be used to facilitate therapeutic personality change.
The Luscher colour test - a method of determining physical and psychological information through an individual's choice or rejection of particular colours - has been used in a wide range of therapeutic and counselling situations.
