Providing rights to water

Whenever and wherever fisher people have secured the rights over inland water reservoirs, they have done well in the catch of fish and in maintaining the continued productivity of fish. When working for contractors their productivity was low. Also when the Tignish Fisherman's Cooperative, Korea bought boats and gear their profits rose.
