Locating the networks, corporations, government agencies, associations and individuals who will buy consultation service from non-profit organizations as a means of providing support for the staff. A central office would work closely with local personnel of the non-profit organization to establish possibilities and needs. It is desirable to do the consultation as teams wherever possible.
