Intentionalizing generation roles

Enabling adults to enhance and intentionalize their family and community roles through the symbolization of these roles, the grounding of self-image in past heritage, and the ordering and the structuring of authentic individual and corporate life. These practical experiences enable individuals to participate actively in responsible creation of their lives. This will enable people to become conscious of the significance of their life-phase; this consciousness would be accomplished through imaginal-education and accountability structures objectified by means of time designs and rituals.

Tactics include: awakening phase consciousness, sustaining decisional stance, forging family style, contextualizing family activity, and recasting community roles.
