Improving situation of youth
Implementation
The United Nations recognizes the need to improve the situation of youth through concerted action aimed at more effective programming of youth activities. A world programme of action for youth towards the year 2000 is being defined. The UN Youth Fund is an operational mechanism for the integration of youth into development processes.
