Tactics include: to provide the community teamwork necessary for the carrying on of work related to the continuing life of that community; to give each person the experience of contributing to the corporate good and being accountable to a group; to affirm each individual's wisdom, experience and uniqueness as a historical being, giving him the go-ahead to contribute significantly in the present; to create neighbourhood units to enable individual caring by emphasizing the importance of accountability for each other; and to implement a system of informing every man of his global heritage.
