Globalizing judicial process

Setting the groundwork for and finally constructing a global judicial system which would provide equitable justice for all men. The effect is empowering the judicial process to set controls on global executive powers and, at the same time, enabling individuals to participate in the legislative processes bringing about the possibility of caring for everyone.

An integral part of recontextualizing judicial procedures through the establishment of a system of decision-making accountable to the demands both of the individual and of the global context.

Tactics include: process penetration to move people with a global vision of justice into international judicial processes; need clarification to provide the means for the researching of the issues of world justice and the structures provided to deal with those issues; structural development is intended to create the structures by which a global expression of the rights of man is brought to bear upon the international judicial process; international structures intended to provid the means for moving the relevant judicial structures towards an effective world justice system; and design rationale intended to enable the creation of images and ideas which hold the needs for a global system of justice and the possibilities for bringing into being such a system.
