Forging a global chain of human development

Linking together a global band of national demonstrations and new village movements through and by the local villagers in conjunction with guardians of the public, private and volunteer sectors. It is finally handed over to catalyzed national structures for guidance. The purpose of this chain is to reach all villages with methods and motivation for their own self-renewal, and their participation in changing the infra-structures around themselves working with other self-renewing villages. This chain would be a demonstration to the world of what such renewal is about. This strategy is implemented in three programmatic activities: social formation complexes, project extension clusters and local delivery system engagement.
