Tactics include: bringing together groups of craftsmen to work on signal projects for the benefit of the community; festivals to celebrate the gifts of various occupations; guild fairs to display products, processes, and services; vocational presentations to convey the style of total engagement; experiential internships to provide opportunities for people to experience total engagement in occupational arenas on a short-term basis. An example is the case of an assembly-line worker who works more carefully when he sees his task as having life significance.
