The life expectancy of men aged 65 is over 16 years in Japan; 15 to 16 years in Cuba, Greece, Switzerland and Canada; 14 to 15 years in France, Spain, Sweden, USA, Argentina, Australia, Sri Lanka, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Austria; 13 to 14 years in Denmark, West Germany, Italy, Finland, Uruguay, Belgium, England and Wales; 12 to 13 years in Eire, Northern Ireland, Scotland, East Germany and Poland.
