Underestimation of human potential

It is not known if human evolutionary processes of development are subject to abrupt directional changes. Many mechanisms are not fully understood, including genetic mutational factors. The underestimation of the human potential aggravates all problems, from the personal to the global level. In the form of discrimination against allegedly inferior classes, ethnic groups and races, it thwarts developmental potential.
