Refusal of licence renewal

In many cases a person requires a licence to earn a living. Restaurant and bar owners are given licences based on a health inspection. Drivers are granted licences after passing a test demonstrating their understanding of driving law and their ability to safely drive. Pilots and some other aviation experts require licences based on skills but also medical health. If a licence is revoked or suspended a person may not only be force to leave work but may be a social outcast.
