Personalistic use of training

There is a gap between the practical training the individual receives (which tends to be based on methodologies primarily oriented towards individualistic use of the training attained), and self-aware means of dealing with the ordinary life and death issues that constantly confront people. The corporate methodologies which would allow people of the present-day to relate consciously to their lives are inadequately used and the educational process is inhibited.
