Nystagmus

  • Involuntary eye movements

Nature

Nystagmus is an involuntary side-to-side movement of the eye and can affect one or both eyes. Sometimes there’s a pattern to the movements, but it can also be totally random. Constant jumping around can also cause eye strain and headaches. Nystagmus may sometimes cause loss of balance while standing for long periods of time.
