Nature

A person is guilty of hindering law enforcement if he intentionally interferes with, delays or prevents the discovery, apprehension, prosecution, conviction or punishment of another. This may be by concealing the other; providing means of avoiding discovery or arrest including money, weapons, transport or disguise; or concealing, altering or destroying material with this intention. It may be by warning the other of their impending discovery in order that they by avoid arrest.
